Cloud Nine Balloons is a small family owned business providing hot air balloon rides in Northeast Pennsylvania. We fly year-round over a beautiful landscape with views of the Susquehanna River, the Endless Mountains, lakes, ponds, alleys, and farms. Located in Centermoreland, PA we're a short drive from the greater Scranton and Wilkes Barre region.
