We're Sedona's oldest and largest hot air balloon company, in business here since 1973, with an excellent safety record. In fact, we have the longest flying record of any balloon company in the state of Arizona.
We are one of only two balloon companies permitted by the U.S. Forest Service to take off and land in the Sedona area. Others will capitalize on the Sedona name in their marketing materials, but have to take off far to the west near Cottonwood.
Most of our balloons are the smaller six to seven passenger size (depending on weight), providing a more intimate and friendly flying experience. We have, however, recently added a twelve-passenger balloon to our fleet, for when our smaller balloons are at capacity, and also so larger families and groups can fly together.
Our aircraft, ground support equipment and vehicles are the most modern and best maintained in the area, exceeding FAA and balloon industry standards. Our pilots are all high-hour, FAA licensed, seasoned professionals, and our ground crew and support personnel are of the highest caliber.
